1. Sign in
- Go to /inventory/login.
- Your account role (Owner, Inputer, or Chemist) determines which menu items you see.
- Owners with multiple factories use the factory switcher at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Owner role
- Dashboard — Overview metrics and quick links.
- Stock Ledger — Incoming stock with rates and invoice details.
- Usage Log — Consumption linked to invoices.
- Monthly Material — Period-based material entries.
- In/Out Products — Product master for movement screens.
- Inward / Outward — Factory-level movement records.
- Sales — Sales-related stock views.
- Reports — Analytics and exports.
- Management — Tabbed admin: factories, users, suppliers, permissions (similar to a master screen).
3. Inputer role
- Dashboard — Personal summary.
- New Entry — Log incoming stock (invoice, supplier, tons, rate, vehicle).
- My Entries — History and corrections of your submissions.
4. Chemist role
- Dashboard — Available stock without sensitive rate totals where restricted.
- Log Usage — Record usage by invoice and quantity.
- Monthly / Inward / Outward / My Usage — Operational views for daily lab work.
Chemists see stock through safe views — rates and values may be hidden per policy.
5. User management (Owner)
- Open Management → Users to create Inputer or Chemist accounts.
- Assign factories and permissions so each user only sees allowed data.
6. Tips
- Always select the correct factory before entering stock or usage.
- Use reports weekly to reconcile physical stock with system balances.
