- Access is granted per organization — contact your admin if sign-in fails.
- After login, your organization name appears in the sidebar.

Pipeline overview: open leads, quotations awaiting action, and recent activity. Use notification bell for document events.
3. Leads
- Create leads with company and contact details.
- Open a lead to update stage, notes, and linked documents.
- Convert qualified leads into quotations from the lead detail view.
4. Quotations
- Build rich-text quotations with line items and terms.
- Preview or send PDF versions to customers when email is configured.
- Track status from draft through accepted or declined.
5. Purchase orders
- Generate POs from accepted quotations or manually.
- Edit line items, delivery terms, and attachments on the PO detail page.
6. Expenses
- Log travel and operational expenses tied to your sales work.
- Filter and review history for reimbursement reporting.
7. Tips
- Save quotation drafts frequently — the editor supports tables and links.
- Confirm customer email before using Send document.
- Open User manual from the sidebar footer anytime.
